Transitional Kindergarten Class (VPK) 4 - 5 years old

Daily Skills:

Thinking: Activities and opportunities to encourage curiosity, exploration and problem solving

Physical: A variety of equipment and activities to promote muscle growth

Communication: Stimulate children to play with sound, rhythm, language, blocks, puzzles, glue, paper, etc.

Self-Esteem: support emotional security for each child. Help each to know, accept and take pride in himself/herself. Help each child to develop a sense of independence.

Social: Help children to get along with others. Encourage feelings of empathy and mutual respect among children and adults
